rj..point taken. However, here's another perspective. 2010 is a new year. BEHL has parlayed some great progress in the last two months into a new attitude. I believe the heavy manipulation has subsided as of 12/30. Why do I say that? The SP was allowed to close over the 20 now for two straight days. Under the old situation, that would not have been allowed. Though it hasn't created a big spark yet, it is no less still the significant tell for the community. Just a matter of time now and at the right time the stock will be allowed to run again rather than being beaten senseless with the ugly stick. New trading year, '09 goals accomplished for those with an agenda, different focus.

Today greedy decided to give an inch and give the company some benefit for new deliverables. That's also a change. As shareholders, we all want a tight ship. I think many of us give the company its growing pains in '09. We give them the learning curve. And what did they do in the last 45 days of the year? Showed what they have learned...and cleaned house setting the table for 2010. Now, the game must be upped to continue to make good decisions on PR's and what is in the pipe. Shareholders deserve that 100%. I believe they have a new skill-set for running the company at a higher standard of expectation already in place. BGates has reported some of that in when he calls to HQ, a new professionalism. I saw it already a few weeks ago when I called out the changes I had already noticed on the website, more sophistication. We know they diligently cleaned the ticker. They're ahead of schedule on the HQ PBR and met the schedule for move-in as stated. 2nd gen PBR is refined and ready for Jan. 2010 as stated it would be. Many other things are popping now, that show a new mentality of wanting to be a well-oiled machine with higher standards. All good news for the company, shareholders and the SP.

I say this. It's a new year, new beginning. All signs are pointing positive with many changes happening for the better only 2 days in. If all parties continue taking care of their respective business, the whole culture will remain positive. Greedy will not be here doubting a successful company firing on all cylinders. Won't happen because it's too obvious and stupid. And that's what shareholders want. To have the company making smart decisions and timely deliveries. Which I have no doubt they will do because it's clear to me they have upped their game and now carry a newfound confidence. Why not? They are now ready to be delivering PBR's and filling orders finally. They're in their new diggs. They have alliances in hand and ready to rock. The heavy lifting is done. Now it's just concentrate on making money. What's not to like? After that, everything follows suit.
