WARRANT ISSUED FOR eWORLD’S HENNING MORALES
LOS ANGELES – Fastlink International, Ltd., a corporation with its main place of business in Hong Kong, China, and the Law Offices of Mark R. McKinniss today announced that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Henning Morales, co-founder, president and CEO of eWorld Companies, Inc. (EWRL). The warrant was issued following Morales’ repeated failure to appear in response to a subpoena related to the July 31, 2008, judgment which was entered on behalf of Fastlink International and against Morales, which judgment is a matter of public record. Despite demands by Fastlink and its attorney, Mark R. McKinniss, Morales has made no effort to pay the judgment and as a result he was subpoenaed to appear for a debtor’s examination on December 4, 2009. Morales failed to appear and a warrant was issued but ordered held until December 31, 2009, to which date the matter was continued. When Morales again failed to appear, Commissioner Jane D. Myers of the Orange County Superior Court released the warrant.
