We have just entered the Medical Marijuana business, we also have a website and a magazine. 2009 was not a good revenue year for the company. We have stopped reporting because simply we cannot afford it. We beleive we have something with our strategy as far as medical marijuana is concerned. That is our focus. We can not control the stock price and we will not put out any "fluff" news. It is what it is. This is not a stock you buy today and sell tomorrow. Its a stock that you buy to keep and see if the industry and company takes off. Don't buy it if you can't afford to loose your money. -Frank

You need to get control over this company. You have something great here, but it will not work out if you don't get control over this company. Hi Tom,
What's the deal? Why has the PPS plummeted as the volume soared? HESG has been the talk of all the stock market forums and boards for the last few months. I noticed two kinds of people participating in these discussions; 1) people who believe that the MMs are manipulating the share price, and 2) people who believe that this company is going nowhere. I'm somewhere in between the middle. I am in this for long, and i just hope the next PR will have more information. I was expecting a lot of information about the company’s activity. I believe the restrictions on ST and TD shouldn't have been addressed in today’s PR, even though these restrictions are creating unusual dilemmas and a lot of conspiracy theories. I hope the next PR will include more information about where the companies headed, and what it would like to do, and who it's dealing with. You said today that we are just a company that has online magazines, and would like to get our hands in the medicinal marijuana market. Don't get me wrong, but in order to get in, shouldn't you start by getting the research done? Yes the Medicinal Marijuana market is going to be huge, but in order to take advantage of it a lot of work has to be done, which I’m sure you already know. I just hope HESG does the right things, at the right time, to get in and dominate. I believe in you, and I believe in the company. I just hope that we get more concrete information in the next PR instead of could haves and wouldbes. I really hope this isn’t a pump and dump. I might be just another inexperienced university student rambling, but my concerns are legitimate. In conclusion, more transparency please!
