Yesss...we who flip are stupid. While the rest of you hold, we are making money. We're all trading or investing to make money, but it's the wise traders and investors who actually MAKE money whether it's by flipping when necessary or investing long term.

You might be frustrated with how things are going, but as long as there is money to be made flipping we are not going to stop until we pinch every penny of profit we can get and then we'll move on.
