chilar4567: Right. Silence has its own voice, or the Romans put it, Qui tacit consentire. (Who is silent consents.) The way I see it, there evidently is no information at this point to cause invested smart money to sell out. If there were, smart money would be bailing out of CTGI in notable share blocks.
