No I am saying that no preferred shares were issued prior to Bankruptcy. If you go to the Worldspace website and look at some of the corporate "about us" info you can see where they reserve the right to issue preferred shares via the board of directors. .


My question was...does that mean Liberty could be issued the preferred shares making it worth their wild to keep the company WRSP in place along with the NOLs.

Do you think there will be an announcement after the Jan 7 hearing...there were no objections and sometimes the judge signs the docs without a hearing. So actually it could be any day!
