That is an interesting point, but there is nothing that says they have to give up control. Sure, they won't hold the majority of shares, but they could work up a deal to allow CPRK to run independently, and with the same management. I've worked for the same company for 6 years, and this has happened to us twice now. All employees were left in place, and we continue to operate independently. The only real difference is that management needs to get approval for purchasing, bonuses, raises, etc... We make obscene profits, and do something that our parent company cannot, so they see no need to mess with a good thing. CPRK has the same potential.
