In many ways I agree, although I feel the rise and fall of this stock will depend on obtaining financing for mining (approx. $25 million) and the nature of that financing. If the financing continues to be convertible debt financing, this stock price will remain supressed. If the new financing removes their old debt and delivers capital for mining that is not convertible to common stock then the stock price will skyrocket from these levels, IMHO.

In my opinion, this is the real reason the prices are at these low sub-penny levels. Investors are nervous about the nature of the debt GSPG holds and will hold into the future. The question on whether they will mine the gold and silver found to me is a 'no brainer' as long as they obtain financing. I would be very surprised if they didn't obtain financing for mining, but the nature of that financing is in question - IMO.
