The stock is not going to move, it is rather easy to accumulate the needed shares for the merger this way then to run it and have flippers. Remember "water seeks it's own level". Let's just hope we continue to trade sideways. This will be the healthiest thing for this stock. We don't need this stock to bounce all over the place.
