PFOB is and was the public shell. There were no assets in PFOB itself. Mr. Ruffino, CFO of PFOB verified that with me via a conversation. The BK trustee also determined it when the BK was filed. All assets which were very few were under BooKoo Beverages Inc. That was in the BK filings.
This shell is alive and well even though it doesn't have any current SEC filings. It could trade forever. There are numerous companies that disclose filings on the Pinks instead of SEC filings which can be costly over time. We have all witnessed first hand how effective our SEC does over governing/protecting our investments. SEC filings should only be considered a tool to get information about a company. www.pinksheets.com can be just as reliable for investors to find info and far more cost effective for start up companies......JMO
