For what it's worth...
In my DD, still seriously considering EVRM... here's a comment from one of my trusted ihub friends:

I usually avoid the high flaoters as a whole as you never know when the companies are adding to the float. the dillute a lot and that has two very good signs of dillution the first being a massive float and the other is all the paid promoters on the news. That generally means the will be dillutting the run. with that said as long as you get in and out quickly you can make moeny but the minute the dillution press and the news press turns off they will crash.

They also have dilluting filings to go with the intentions to sell shares.
