Remember last year:
LLBO went up .025 just on a PR that stated LLBO would file for classification.

LLBO is a ticking time bomb, on classification news this thing explodes.

class 1 = .10-.15 because it's exempt and can start marketing (pretty much skip the 510k application)

class 2 = .03 -.05 because it's easier to get approved.

class 3 = .01 - .02 because it's that much closer to FDA approval (see BIEL)

It's not rocket science guys, just do your DD, technical and analytical research and you can find these things out.
