now when you are valued at 80 cents and the whole cable tv world is falling apart from the seams and vig companies want to buy a company isnt 1.8 billion shares gonna be a nice ticket item for a buyout....whats the difference....1.9 billion 1.9 million the cost and price and dividend and share price will all be the same..
