During the time of the transaction Mr. Bialy as a director and officer of the agreement authorized the sell of Crows Run to Aeon Holdings, Inc. Since the agreement was made and an exchange of assets and stock was established it solidifies the ownership of the asset. Should Aeon decide not to move forward with Crows Run then it would not continue to book such assets but there has been no release of the project, matter of fact management has taken legal action to protect the assets of the Company as of this date. Should there been any substantial changes it will be reported in our SEC filings.
