Sure is hypothetical,after all the new board of directors can approve raising AS from 100M to 500M, and left the OS where it is.
But from previous experiences i still expect RS ,in other case we're staying in pennylands with all known consequences.No atraction from hedge funds etc...
But who know - ACORDA might involve some big creditors in first phase so we can stilcl jump on board with 1-2$ start PPS.
Everything is possible , but more I'm thinking more I believe that at the end waiting will be paid out.
IMO.
