hotchet: You certainly have her figured out. She is like this on several boards, i.e. it doesn't matter what anyone says - she will argue and fight over everything. I cannot imagine how anyone could be that frustrated and unable to do some DD of her own. IMO, this product was never designed to be the one catch-all, be-all, end-all product for everyone. It is designed for the military and others who don't have a never ending supply of water. Or, maybe there are folks who go camping or only want to use this product when they travel, etc. There are all kinds of uses and benefits for this product other than as the one method of dental maintenance for everyone every day. She should be able to understand that, but can't get off this bacteria kick. It could be a long year around here if this keeps up for long. Maybe she will ultimately find other interests, e.g. quilting, needlepoint, or an interior decorating class, etc.
