Why did NNVC switch their auditor in 2009 from a nationally-recognized firm that had been doing their books for the prior three years to an unknown firm run by a CPA educated in the People's Republic of China whose only other clients are pink sheets that are losing money?

This type of change is not consistent with an upgrade of corporate governance practices or a movement forward in terms of management or corporate credibility. In fact, it is quite an opposite signal.
