Does it really take that long to restructure such a tiny company?
No answer from the company.
I'm a investor from Europe and I want to contact the SEC but my english is not so good. Have you asked questions to the SEC about SOCI and if they have tried to get relisted again?
I can't find the email of the CEO, so now I'm searching for the email of David Shaw because he works for others too.
