dws, If Nokia can lie about infringing Interdigital IPR, they can also lie about Apple infringing theirs. I would believe in their ability to compete in smart phones if they would engage IDCC as a stategic partner and pay what is FRAND. I dont trust them because they are spending management resources in unnecessary disputes instead of the development of competitive products.
