Company filed Chapter 7. That means all debts have gone bye, bye.
The only thing left is the shell and that is worth something. I believe we could see an RM coming down the pipeline. We will see how it unfolds. I am feeling confident it will all play out in our behalf.

Why do the insiders keep holding?

I spoke to Mr. Ruffino, the CFO at the time of the BK. He told me PFOB itself, was nothing more than a shell. All deals went through BooKoo Beverages Inc.
