Excellent points both. I too call and speak to Charles using my real name, along with the emails I send him. I have never had him not respond or call me right back if I should happen to get voice mail. I think some people call and want to know if they should "buy or sell" and obviously that is not the sort of questions Charles is going to be able to answer.

I find him an intriguing person with a wealth of life experiences that would be welcome at any level. He obviously has constraints placed upon the information he is allowed to release and I accept that. However, when I ask him pointed questions I get direct answers back and have found no reason to doubt his credibility or the performance of his job....others in CPRK, yes, but not Charles.
