If anyone like to check past SEC charges against some well known and some little known companies and how SEC chareges has been settles. It is fasinating. Because, some of those charges are similar to the Well Notice sent to SPNG. For example, check the charges against Symbol Inc.officers.
I just read few cases and I was so surprised how these cases are settled. Just for example, SEC charges aganist Tenet Health at this link
