There are dozens of sources out there confirming Disney's 10% stake in POW. I'm sure their website mentions this since most of the world knows about this great news already, announced after the market close on Thursday. This deal values POW at 21 cents without any multiple and Disney has a habit of totally buying out companies like this within a year of acquiring a stake in them. This baby is set to soar so get on board before your miss the magic carpet ride!
