Fully reporting OTCBB; all filings up to date; accounting to GAAP standards; ungagged TA; negligible dilution to date; no dilution 6 mo. post merger; low float w/ strong longs- moves easily; NASDAQ bound; Harvard MBA CEO w/solid high level management and acquisition experience.

I am expecting an outstanding January with an update, Reverse Merger, Super 8K & Business Plan.
