I don't think anyone on this board thinks of CO as "cheap". I also think that most here are in the warrants. But the warrants are merely a leverage play, or occasionally a mispricing play.

The attraction from my knothole is the near monopoly that CO has. Add to that the first-mover advantage, and the huge population rolling the dice on their single-child. It's a compelling story, and one that may deserve a higher PE than most China stocks...I don't know. But what I do know is that the story is great, the float is low, and it seems like there should be at least one near-term spike in her.
