It's complicated...

You would have to understand the process of "going public" and its associated costs.

They over charge just like many firms and they under deliver. Just like PCMC, they were forced by the SEC to register as an Investment Act Company (because they take large equity positions as compensation). PCMC however simply said F'it and voluntarily de-listed to the pinks. I highly doubt CHFI could afford the reporting costs to remain an Investment Act Company, which is probably why they have seemed to have gone poof recently. It is quite a bit more expensive to report as an Investment Act company than a Securities Act company.

In both cases, they were simply glorified middle men who over charged and bent their clients over (IMHO of course). In every case I have researched, these "consultants" structure the deals in a manner that is extremely beneficial to themselves, but rarely ever beneficial to the Company. Obviously their clients didn't know what they were doing or they wouldn't have hired middle men to take them public.

The "going public" process is something I know a little about. I have worked with several OTC companies and in almost every case, they were given poor advice by advisory firms posing as some kind of legitimate firm. When in fact, they were simply taking advantage of the issuers lack of knowledge and experience and profiting from it.

I don't care much for Belmont Partners either.. or pretty much most the so called "advisory firms" out there offering consulting to OTC companies. I do not like reverse mergers.. I think they show managements lack of experience.

As for Redchip.. those guys are just slick OTC promoters posing as if they are some kind of genuine Investor Relations firm, think Big Apple or Redwood for the China market. I've seen guys on twitter and this message board do a better job of market exposure than those goons.

In a nutshell.. refer to PCMC for what to expect from CHFI, they share similar business models.

This is all my opinion mind you..
