BN107 is Oleanolic Acid. This drug seems to be a knock off of Xin Aoxing sold by Biostar, BSPM. In the US we already have a drug which inhibits MTOR (mammalian target of ramamiacin) that is, Ramamiacin.

I do not know how BN107 can be patented since it is already an ingedient of many health supplements sold in health food stores and on line. Pure Oleanilic Acid can be purchased at several chemical companies.

Oleanolic Acid is an extract of Olive leaves. Many other herbals and drugs inhibit MTOR such as Omega 3, NSAIDS, arginine, glutamine, caffine, ACE inhibitors, pomegranate, Metformin, curcumin, Quercetin and more.
