I wrote E*Trade this lovely message

Message: Hello I was wondering if you had any promotions offers for
new accounts or account transfers? My investment group would like to
transfer their shares of HESG from Scottrade to another brokerage. I'm
sure you have already seen a new accounts open from these members. But
Zecco if offering a referral program, can Etrade offer any group or
referral bonus? Many are moving accounts because of the buying halts
from Scottraid and TDA on HESG. This might not be your department but
Scottraid is denying the their CEO is not President of NITE... But the
facts show different. Maybe you could refer me to someone at Etrade
where I can discuss this issue further. I would like to know if this
is legal and do I have any rights.As far as my shares of HESG are
concerned would it be possible to get information regarding how many
Authorized and Outstanding shares that my investment has..Your data
posted seems wrong to what is listed on other sites...HESG 2.2B O/S 3B
