Let's not forget that this 'process' is greatly altered by CTGI's limited financial resources.

It's going to take a somewhat rare individual to take the Captain's helm. This is why my guess is we lost no less than 3 months, when we lost DR.

Sure, time waits for no technology, but methinks we still have enough of it, given DR tied up various other loose ends along the way. 40+ patents is nothing to sneeze at, and neither will the approx. dozen identified LTC subsidiaries, 6 of which I believe are more than just 'identified'.
