It surprises me that you put yourself above law. Presently we still have the wording: Innocent unless otherwise proven. But it could very well be, that you don,t understand what a Wells notice is. But I will let you know: Wells notices are letters the SEC typically sends to those it intends to file civil federal lawsuits, the only avenue available to the agency to go after those accused of violating securities laws.
The important word is: Intends, the second one "accused". Everybody can accuse anybody like for example your are doing. ThirdThe wells notice gives those who received it the chance to respond.
So please, await the response from M and M, before you judge, as you don,t even know - nobody knows it - of what they should have been accused.
