I would think that they would want to avoid shorting MCLN again, at least in the very near future for two reasons.
1. A company is naked shorted because it's believed that there is no future for it. In other words a safe bet to short. Trouble is MedClean didn't read the script... they actually have a product and revenue.
2. Whether our emails to the SEC helped get MedClean off the Reg SHO list or not, they did put MCLN in the SEC's spotlight. To risk naked shorting MedClean again so soon would be pure folly in my opinion.. There are plenty of other fish in the sea for shorting.
