Great article, F6. "Our" foreign policy, post Bush, seems to be based on the fear and racism of the "religious right" who (IMO) are a much greater menace to my safety and freedom than all 100 members of al-Qaida ever were.

I actually know a few Islamics from when I lived in California. Some are good friends and some I had a business relationship with. Daniel Pipes or Mark Steyn would find it hard to believe but no Arab Muslim I've known ever showed any inclination at all to convert or kill me.
