Red....The point of my last post has to do with shareholders wanting something from ERHC that it is legally prohibited (by their partners) from fully disclosing.

Our (ERHC/Shareholders) situation has to do with legal opposition within a unified partnership (ERHC/SNP) which has created unfavorable shareholder perspectives, unlike Obama (with a majority in BOTH houses) whom has experienced majority compliance, within his own party, in relation to what they are defining and characterizing as successful progress.

Bottom line??? In the "LONG TERM", there is no doubt ERHC shareholders will emerge successful and prosperous from our current situation, which cannot yet be said of outcomes projected from Obama's administrative and party efforts...
