never said anything about the product quality or the product is a fraud .. its all about the way they promo and run the company .. if spongy sells a product for 5 dollars and cost them 8 dollars to sell- just to use the hype about the revenue and cooking the books to show a huge revenue 7 profit .. does not mean they're a good company- IT MAKES THEM A FRAUD COMPANY .. and thats one of the charges spongy is facing today ..

Puppy, I am not arguing with you the charges brought by SEC. By now, everyone here in this board know exactly what are the charges and against whom. As a spng stock holder I am upset with the management even thought I was expecting some sort of action by the SEC because they are under investigation for months. You said product is not fraud but the use of hype, promo, cooking the book make them a Fraud Company. I think it would be more appropriate to say the management is the fraud. Looks like you know better than the M&M about cost to sell a sponge. I guess sponge had wrong person in charge since the begining.
