Personally, I think it just looks better to release the 3rd Qtr Fins of 09 in the year of 09.....

I am expecting a PR very soon,, perhaps Mon---perhaps shortly thereafter---

Anyway,,I have a buy order in for the opening on Mon---mine will be the first trade--or included in the first trade---so, if anyones unhappy and want to sell, my hand is out for their shares---

It has been my belief all along that this is more about STS and its ability to generate $$$$$----and, instead of an wxpensive STS "IPO" they sold to a very unique company in their industry---

A move that creates a politically better and stronger foundation for future growth--
