although neither fund can determine whether any funds allocated to purchase the shares of Common Stock were obtained from any margin account borrowings.

How bad can their accounting be? As bad as SPNG's? They must know the source of the funds to purchase unless for some foolish reason they are mixing funds in accounts. There still should be some audit trail. How crazy would that be?

Out the LAN card, down the cable, through the router,
out the gateway, to the ISP...nothin' but net!
