I have been sitting on the sidelines for awhile and just decided that Monday is the day I need to begin trading this stock. It appears that it trades very easily. The only factor that will affect the PPS in a way that benefits the long shareholder is volume preceeded by news. The next news we can expect will be another quarterly, unless, of course, an r/m or some form of a split comes sooner. Until then, I think it is time to trade this stock; it is clear that I have been missing out on some good action.
At this point, a new year will be good for CWDW too. I agree with Hok; this may be the next story. Clean shell that is out of the liquidation stage, according to the last 10q, owned by strong executives and Mr. Solomon; a known entity in the r/m world.
Last, but not least, I have been reading about the next phase in private companies going public; the new trend will be to go through shells and even b/k pinks rather than the IPO route (money and time saver).
I am excited about this stock now that the year is over. No more worrying about the NOL either!
