Mentioned ICPR this morning and it had solid volume today and closed @ HOD. LOI signed, and lots of recent SEC filings. Closed at .08 today with a 52 wk high of .33. Some recent inside selling, but everything else seems to look good, including the 46M outstanding shares reported on a recent 10-Q.

If you aren't learning, you aren't really trying.
