Anyone read the letter written on behalf of Clean Power Development and the rebuttal written by Barry Needleman, Laidlaw's attorney?

Do not post much here but have been reading the board for a year now. Own a measly 4 million shares but hope to accumulate another 6 mil before it's out of my price range.
