You have spent Millions of dollars of shareholders money and they get nothing for their money. They actually lost a lot if not all their money they had invested with you.
You promised them that by the end of the year you would have secured two more Licenses. You also told them that you would be anouncing a game changing event that you've been working on since the beginning of 2009.
Where are these things at?
Did you pay off that $200,000 short term loan?
Did you get the LOC?
Why should we believe anything you say?
You have totally lied to the shareholders.

I bet within the first 60 days of 2010 you will anounce a R/S.
