happy One year anniversary.

Tony was put in charge one year ago today.

End of year results

Zero Sales

All cash spent

No money in bank and still a $ 159 overdraft charge,

Website still down

Still owes well over 12 million on a land "option"

Except for required 10Q there has been nary a peep out of Tony Cataldo for the last six months.
