Got off the phone with D. Rees and noticed the uptick. I think some people thought 1PM was the close today and started to uptick it. Should see some good action going into today's close.

Anyway Rees told me what he said earlier but this time with more conviction in his voice. His summary conclusion for anyone here is to BUY and BUY hard and fast. He said not much time left for the people getting in that these rock bottom prices.

He said news is being written as we speak and the press release should be reviewed and issued to the public no later than Tuesday after the close. I asked him if things were good and he said he could not comment on that aspect but did say the current price is way way too low. I told him I was gearing up to buy at least 100K worth of QASP and he said I'd better hurry up.

Got off the phone and saw the uptick, bought 1M at .0155 trying to buy at the bid now 6M shares at .0148..so far sitting for 25 minutes no fill. If I need to chase today, I'm only going to buy 2M above .016 and wait until Monday to see if I can get a better price. My thought is people may think news should come on Monday and when it does not, she will blow another gasket and get down to the .0135's again.
