Could you please clarify why some advice is deemed valid, but yet other advice concerning EXPH is a wait and see event? Seems *curious*

I would really like to hear an explanation too as to why this company is still hiding their 3rd qtr financial statements. I mean we know they kept the 2nd qtr ones hidden which was pretty much a complete scam move, but to do it again now????

Unacceptable conduct. Deplorable in fact.

I would also like to know why the company hasn't released a copy of the required written consent in order to show majority approval for the spinoff. They have had more than enough time to do so.
