Vaild question Sulax. But how do you prove it? Was he dishonest, stupid or just overly optimistic. I think he really thought he was close to something. I don't think he's evil or stupid, at least regarding engineering. He just doesn't know how to make a deal. That's where he's failed. He hasn't surrounded himself with people who can help. The board is a joke, clueless. Now who does he rely on? Andy? Again, maybe a great guy but he's got no credentials in the industry except for TOVC. I could be sitting on a cure for cancer in my basement, but if nobody wants to buy it I might as well have nothing. What frustrates me is managements inability to get anyone on board with good experience in an very tough industry. Send a message everyone, vote NO.
