Believe and interpret things as you wish. Again, everything in this world does not go "by the book", rarely does anything.
What is going on behind closed doors, YOU have NO idea, nor do I.
You can continue to repeat yourself as much as you like directing people to read the rules, read the website, etc, etc. It means nothing to me and many. This situation is not comparable to past situations.
And we ALL know that the SEC/FINRA are FAR from perfect!!
