CIWT - About Dalian

CIWT definite looks like a great stock.

My comment is about Dalian's population:

Dalian has a population of 6m, of which about 2m is in the city proper, and 4m in surrounding areas.

Since 1990, a city in China is becoming an administrative area that contains the city proper (the city itself) and surrounding counties (which also have smaller cities, towns, and rural area). This was needed to promote the urbanization in a mostly rural country.

When I calculate the potential market, I usually take off the rural population due to their low income.

Still, there is plenty of growth for CIWT within Dalian, and the same technology/process can also be used in other cities.
