On Nov 09, 2009 the Company entered into Letter of Intent (LOI) to merge with Southeastern retail Services, Inc., d/b/a “ProRemote Solutions” (“ProRemote Solutions”). ProRemote Solutions, www.proremotesolutions.com, is a manufacturer of innovative, home-based technology solutions for the Home Theatre Industry. The company provides a value proposition of proprietary, single source remote control solutions integrating audio & video media servers long with remote monitoring, security and lighting systems in a single remote control unit. ProRemote also offers stand alone home theater products. ProRemote Solutions is headquartered in Marietta, GA.

The merger would provide for the shareholders of ProRemote to receive approximately a majority of the issued and outstanding common stock of QED Connect at closing, which merger is to occur in the first quarter of 2010.

I'm not pasting this here for an argument; I'm just trying to be helpful.
I could only copy this part of the report, so I typed it word for word so I could paste it in this post.
If something is incorrect according to that report, please let me know and please forgive me for the typing error.

In other words the merger could be a done deal by Jan 8th 2010 (which is within Q1) or within the first quarter of 2010 (March 31st 2010).
Or it might not.

I very much believe the merger will happen within the first quarter of 2010, which is why I bought a total of 15.1 million shares, and is why I will not sell any of my shares if we don’t hear anything by Jan 8th 2010.
If March 31st 2010 comes and no word or no merger, then I will re-evaluate my position with QED Connect.
