Loan, thanks again. Good to see some people are ok with providing info.
I do realize that FINRA falls under the SEC. Which basically means, they could and probably do work together. Which again, means it isn't out of the realm of possibilities that the SEC and FINRA are working together on this situation. Again, everything is not by the books, relatively speaking. So much could be, and probably is going on behind closed doors that we have absolutely no clue about. All IMHO.
