I have a theory against your theory.

Carnes, if convicted, will not be buying back shares. The Court would go after every asset of Carnes (LP too). Cash, stock investments, boats, 2nd homes....everything they can get.

Then the money recouped, after huge expenses will be distributed to the shareholders that were abused at the time it happened.

If you have ever gotten a notice on a class action suit win, it gives you the way that it should be done and the way it is done...jmho.

Shareholders that owned the stock during the offense are the only ones that will have to whatever the court can get.....dog
