FINRA...I keep hearing that FINRA can't do this, FINRA can't do that (hold things up). Can someone please clarify this with some kind of proof/facts on what FINRA can and cannot do? Talking out of your mouth is cheap, show me the money with a link.
Sorry, but its way to easy to sit behind your computer and claim something without showing some kind of FACTS.
